Reservation I would like to use my coupon. How can I make a reservation?

You can see the program name on the front side of the coupon.

Check the program name and then select a day.

You can see the number of the guests in the bottom left hand corner of the front side of the coupon.

(e.g., 1 guest room for 1 person, 1 guest rooms for 2 guests)

Check the serial number in the top right hand corner of the back side of the coupon.

If you want to make a reservation using your coupon, call +82-1588-9983 and tell us the program, date, and serial number.

You should present your coupon at the Customer Center when you check in.

If you do not bring your coupon when you check in, you may be charged for your stay.

The term of validity is written in the back side of the coupon. You should use the coupon within the term of validity.

Reservation Can I visit Healience Seonmaeul before making a reservation?

It is possible to have a Tour before making the reservation.

See our entire facility, including Group exercises rooms, Spa, Sauna, Libraries, outdoor area, and have a cup of a body detoxifying herb tea at the Garden Music Café. 

The price of the Tour program is 8.000 KRW per guest. You can make a reservation through our Reservation Center 1588-9983 (Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm, consultation in Korean) or send us a request reservation@healience.com (consultation in English).

Reservation is required.

 

Reservation What is your cancellation policy?

8 days prior - 100% refund, 7~4 days prior - 50% of penalty rate will apply, 3 days prior - non-refundable    

 

Reservation How can I check my reservation status?

You can check your reservation online or by phone (+82-1588-9983).

To check your reservation online, log in to the website and go to My Page (in the top right hand corner of the website) and Program Reservation. 

Reservation When is the peak season and off season?

Peak season: May through October

Off season: January through April, November through December

* Penalties vary depending on the season.

Reservation How can I make a reservation for a room?

If you want to make a reservation online, click on Online Reservation on the top menu of our website and enter your information.

Contact us at +82-1588-9983 (consultation in Korean) or send us a request reservation@healience.com if you have any questions about the reservation.

Programs How much do you charge for the programs for children?

Children under 13 years old cannot join our daily program. We appreciate your comprehension.

Still, they can enjoy our indoor kids playground/cinema (open hours 9:00 – 21:00), meet our dogs, rent badminton rackets, play different board games or enjoy 

our kids’ programs (on Saturdays)

*Please note that the Program is a subject to change under certain circumstances.

 

 

Programs How do you classify adult, child, and infants?

- Adult: A person who has reached his/her 13th birthday 

- Child: A person who has reached his/her 3rd birthday (36 months) but not his/her 13th birthday 

- Infant: A person who has not reached his/her third birthday (36 months, can stay at the Resort for free)


Programs Are the prices of the healing special programs on a per-person basis?

The prices of most of Seonmaeul’s healing special programs are on a per-person basis, but they may vary depending on the programs.

For example, the prices of the couple programs, including Couple Camp, are based on two persons.

Facilities What should I do if I need to make an emergency call at Seonmaeul?

There is no cell phone reception at Seonmaeul.

You can use our landline telephones installed in guest rooms and buildings.

If someone wants to reach you at Seonmaeul during your stay, he/she can call +82-33-434-2772 to leave a message.

We will transfer the call to your guest room or deliver the message to you.

Facilities What time do you open and close your facilities?

Spa: 5am - 9pm

Cleaning: 9am - 10:30am

Far-infrared radiation saunas (Rock Sauna and Palseon Sauna): 6:30am - 9pm

Cleaning Hours: 8am - 9am (every day)  

Bichae: Breakfast 8am - 9am, Lunch 12:00pm - 1:00pm , Dinner 6pm - 7pm   

Cafe: 8am - 6:30pm

Business Center (Stress Zone): 8:00am - 10pm

Facilities What kinds of amenities do you provide?

Seonmaeul does not use any disposable goods.

You should bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair brush and basic cosmetics.

▶ Furniture: Bed (Western type room) and red clay mat

▶Home appliances: Fan, telephone, hair dryer, and bidet

▶Tableware: Cups

▶ Toiletries: Towel and shampoo (for both hair and body)

▶ Bedding: Blankets, mattresses, and pillows

Facilities Can I bring my pet?

Healience Seonmaeul is a pet friendly Resort.

We offer you a Pet Hotel so you can enjoy the trip with your best friend in tow. Please note that the Pet Hotel requires booking in advance. Facilities Do you have a refrigerator in the room?

Seonmaeul’s guest rooms do not have refrigerators. 

Refund Regulation

  • Contact the Customer Center if you want to cancel or change your reservation.
  • Penalties may be charged if you cancel or change your reservation.
  • Please refer to the table below for penalties.
  • The time required for a refund may vary depending on the credit card company.
  • Refunds will be made to the remitter. If any remittance charge is incurred, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • 원격 교습의 경우 반환 금액은 교습 내용을 실제 수강한 부분(인터넷으로 수강하거나 학습기기로 저장한 것을 말한다)에 해당하는 금액을 뺀 금액으로 한다.
