[The intended inconvenience, Seonmaeul]
Seonmaeul is steep and sloping using the natural terrain. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers that are good to walk.
The elderly, pregnant women, and customers with difficulty moving must be accompanied by a guardian.
Seonmaeul communication such as smartphones will be cut off from the entrance for 'digital detox'.
However, Wi-Fi is available in Autumn-Village for customer convenience.

Seonmaeul provides a healthy diet based on scientific principles. Learn to eat systematically during your stay.
Seonmaeul is a resort that restores my body's rhythm habit. The room temperature is kept constant for a healthy body balance,
All lights are turned off after 10 p.m. for a comfortable sleep.
[Message delivery guide]
After the accommodation reservation is completed, a Kakao Talk pre-notification will be sent. Through this, pre-service applications and vehicle registration are possible.
Allotted room information will be sent after 10 a.m. on the day of check-in.
[Parking and shuttle bus guidance]
Shuttle buses are operated by pre-booking for public transportation visitors.

The parking area for shared vehicles (socars, green cars, etc.) is on the right side of the "Information Center" in Area B parking lot.
[Self-check-in and luggage transfer service guidance]
It operates a self-check-in system through the Seonmaeul Kiosk.
The kiosk is located at the "Information Center" in Area B of the parking lot.
Customers who use coupons can be able to check in Service through the Welcome Center on the 0th floor of Autumn-Village.
*Please submit your coupon to the Welcome Center.
The luggage transfer service can be used after filling out the application form at the Unmanned Village Information Center in Area B of the parking lot.
Admission 15:00 to 18:00 / Retreat 10:30 to 11:30 (service operates on a 30-minute basis)
*If you want to move your luggage when checking out, please apply for a tablet or Gaul-dong Welcome Center. (ext. 8802)
Room Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
[Information on room condition and amenities]
There are no TVs and refrigerators in the room to create an environment for complete rest.
Drugs and baby foods that need to be refrigerated can be stored separately after contacting the welcome center.
Sanitary tools such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors can be purchased at the Welcome Center on the 0th floor of Autumn-Village.

Healipet room customers can enter the village through the Welcome Center on the 0th floor of Autumn-Village.
*You can receive the welcome kit for your dog after check-in Service.
The luggage transfer service can be used after filling out the application form at the Unmanned Village Information Center in Area B of the parking lot.

[Pet Etiquette Guide]
Only dogs that have completed vaccination (comprehensive vaccine, rabies, etc.) within two years are allowed to enter Seonmaeul.
For all customers, please check in advance *the area where pets are allowed to enter.
*For facilities and spaces dedicated to dogs, please check [DoggySpace] in the [Space Information] category at the top of the website.
For safety, please wear a fixed lead strap (1.2 m long) in the shared space inside and outside.\
Seonmaeul is not responsible for dog accidents caused by carelessness of the guardian.
Seonmaeul recommends that you be with your dog 24 hours a day to communicate with them.
If your dog is left unattended, you may be restricted from using the facility and be discharged due to violation of the regulations.
Dog tableware and bedding provided in the room are the assets of Seonmaeul and are required to be reimbursed in case of damage.
For cleanliness in Seonmaeul, the guardian must clean up the dog's potty.
According to the Animal Protection Act, *dogs classified as blind dogs or dogs with strong aggression may be restricted from using public facilities and discharged for customer safety.
